M. Krishna Reddy
Managing Director
Krishna Reddy, the founder and Managing Director of Shri Maruthi Properties, began his real estate journey at a young age with a vision to develop high-quality residential villas and plotted communities across Bengaluru.
His mission is to help families achieve their dream of owning villas and plots, while also delivering strong returns for real estate investors.
Under his leadership, Shri Maruthi Properties has developed over 200 acres of plotted layouts and more than 300 villas and individual homes. He also heads the brokerage division, managing investment acquisitions, asset marketing, and sales, and has facilitated over 1,000 acres of land transactions for major companies.
Krishna oversees end-to-end operations, with a strong focus on identifying growth opportunities and driving long-term value.
